How I work

Three things you should expect from working together

01 / Listen

Time spent on the goal

Every client's situation is different. First home, downsize, second home, an estate sale on behalf of family. The first conversation is about understanding what success actually looks like for you, not selling you on what I do.

02 / Negotiate

Patient, prepared, and prompt

Strong negotiation is built on preparation: knowing comparable activity, knowing the building, and being clear-eyed about what's a fair price for both sides. Then being responsive enough that no opportunity slips because someone wasn't reachable.

03 / Stay close

Present through closing and after

I handle the transaction personally, end to end. After closing, I stay in touch. Most of my business comes from referrals from past clients, so the long view matters more than any single deal.
